Services

Our welcome guests can choose from two accommodation options: Holiday Apartment and Aparthotel.

Our guests will find their apartment to be spotlessly clean throughout. Kitchens will contain all the required kitchenware and guests will have a complimentary set of basic necessities awaiting them. At the end of their stay with us, we ask that our guests leave the apartment having cleaned the kitchenette and kitchenware.

The following amenities are available to guests for a supplementary fee:
Bed and bathroom linen hire
Change of bed and bathroom linen
Apartment tidy-up
Apartment cleaning

  • Such a beautiful place! The holiday apartment complex is located in Porto San Paolo, which is a downright prime location found 15 km from Olbia and San Teodoro and 25 km from Budoni and Porto Rotondo. It is also surrounded by stunning beaches (Brandinchi, Isuledda, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Ghjlgolu, Porto Taverna, La Cinta). It’s perched a little bit above the town, which grants it with views that stretch out over the sea and towards Tavolara Island, which is truly breath taking.

  • Extremely well-kept resort with a stunning view over Tavolara. The Manetta family runs this place impeccably and are extremely professional. Immaculate rooms, some of which have spacious, airy terraces with sea views. A very peaceful location, just a short walk from Porto San Paolo town centre.

  • We’ve just come home after 2 weeks spent in this beautiful holiday apartment complex. It’s extremely well-maintained, right down to the small details, and very peaceful. We miss it already! Our one-bedroom apartment had an enormous terrace that ran around half of the apartment and we could enjoy cool, pleasant breakfasts here, as well as indulge in a little relaxation.
